Prior Authorization

Out-of-Network Patients
If Essex Union Podiatry is not in your plan's network, you may still receive care at our offices. Out-of-network benefits vary by plan. Our staff provides cost estimates and helps you understand your out-of-pocket responsibility before treatment begins.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Essex Union Podiatry requires 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. A $50 fee applies to appointments cancelled without adequate notice or missed without communication.
This policy allows us to offer those time slots to other patients who need care. If you need to reschedule, call your office location as soon as possible.
